Measure drawers in use
Choose drawer storage around the things that clutter the lounge: remotes, small games, coasters or notebooks. Measure their usable stack and compare it with the clear drawer interior. A drawer can face a different side from the sofa, which changes whether it can be reached and opened. Mark its movement beside the seating before deciding on tabletop size; useful storage should not make the main route awkward.
Keep the top useful too
Compare tabletop height, length and depth with the seating. Read actual surface materials and care, and check whether lower shelves are also supplied. Hidden storage can tidy smaller belongings without replacing a larger cabinet for bulky items.
Questions, answered.
Do more drawers mean more capacity?
Not necessarily. Compare usable internal dimensions and permitted loads.
Can drawers open from both sides?
Only if the design says so. Check access before positioning the table.
Is a drawer table also a lift-top table?
These are separate features. Read the listed mechanism and construction.
Shop a little more your way.
