Create a free account: earn Store Credit on eligible purchases. You can register at checkout, or sign in before you order. Newsletter subscription is optional and separate. Guests can always checkout without registering, but do not earn credit.
How your 3% is calculated
We use the GST-inclusive merchandise amount after vouchers and redeemed Store Credit, excluding delivery and other fees. $500 of products less a $20 welcome voucher means $480 eligible spend and $14.40 Store Credit. Redeem $30 credit as well and the new reward is $13.50.
Available after your order is completed
At checkout you see an estimate. Credit becomes available when your order is marked completed after fulfilment, and each award is valid for 90 days. See your balance, history and expiry dates in My Account.
Use it on your next furniture find
Choose how much available credit to apply at checkout. $1 credit is $1 towards eligible products, with no extra minimum spend. It cannot cover delivery, be transferred or be withdrawn as cash. We use the credit that expires soonest first. You do not earn new credit on the amount paid with existing credit.
Your welcome voucher
Spend at least $199 on merchandise at current prices, including GST where applicable and excluding delivery, before the welcome voucher and credit are applied. Sale products qualify. Your unique $20 code is linked to your email address, is valid for 30 days from issue and is for your first order only. One welcome entitlement per customer; unsubscribing and resubscribing does not create a new one.
You can use Store Credit alongside your welcome voucher, but cannot combine it with another promotional coupon. Price matching remains subject to our Price Match Policy.
Returns and cancellations
Rewards associated with refunded products are reversed proportionately. If that credit has already been spent, an adjustment may offset future rewards; we do not charge your card to recover it or reduce your statutory refund rights. Credit used to pay for returned products is restored to your account with its original expiry. Delivery-only refunds do not change product rewards. See our Returns Policy and full rewards terms.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to subscribe to earn Store Credit?
No. You need a free store account to earn credit. Newsletter subscription is a separate choice and provides the eligible first-order voucher.
Can I earn credit on sale furniture?
Yes. We calculate credit from the eligible product amount actually paid after discounts and redeemed credit.
Does unsubscribing remove my credit?
No. Your account, valid issued voucher and earned credit remain subject to their original conditions and expiry dates.
Is Store Credit cash?
No. It is a promotional reward to spend on eligible products with FurnitureFurniture. It is not a purchased gift card or a replacement for your consumer rights.
