We work hard to bring you great furniture at seriously good prices. If you find the identical product for less at another Australian retailer, send us the offer before you buy from us. We’ll compare the total delivered price and let you know whether we can match it.

Every price match is subject to our review and approval. Please wait for our written confirmation before placing your order. Price matching is not available retrospectively on purchases already made.

A fair comparison, delivery included

• The product must be identical: brand, model or SKU, size, colour, finish, specifications and quantity.
• The offer must be from an Australian retailer selling directly through its own retail website.
• The item must be new, in stock, available to buy now and deliverable to your postcode.
• The price must be publicly advertised, current and independently verifiable when we check it.
• We compare the total delivered price, including GST, delivery and compulsory fees, for the same quantity and a comparable delivery service.

Ordinary publicly advertised retail sale prices can be considered, subject to the exclusions below.

Offers we don’t match

• Marketplace seller listings, auction sites, classified ads and private sellers.
• Overseas retailers or suppliers, and trade, wholesale, commercial or bulk pricing.
• Member-only, loyalty, employee or privately negotiated prices; coupon codes, personalised discounts, cashback, reward points and gift-card promotions.
• Clearance, liquidation or closing-down offers; used, refurbished, damaged, factory-second or ex-display items.
• Out-of-stock, discontinued, backorder or pre-order items.
• Manufacturer, distributor or supplier-direct clearance and special promotional offers.
• Pricing errors and offers we cannot independently verify.

When we may need to say no

We reserve the right to decline a price-match request at our discretion, including where an offer falls outside this policy or matching it would take us below our reasonable cost of sourcing and delivering the order.

Occasionally another seller may offer an unusually low price that we simply can’t match. We hope you’ll understand—we’ll be clear about our decision before you commit to buying.

An approved match applies only to the product, quantity and delivery arrangement we confirm. It cannot be combined with another FurnitureFurniture discount code, promotional offer or negotiated price. The competitor’s price and stock must still be available when we verify your request.

This voluntary price-match policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
