Where we deliver
We deliver to supported Australian street addresses. Availability depends on the furniture, the dispatch location and the carrier network. Some large items cannot travel to every regional, remote or island location. We confirm the service and cost for your postcode before accepting a delivery booking.
Furniture cannot be delivered to a PO box or parcel locker. We do not offer international shipping, store pickup or customer collection.
Dispatch and arrival are different
Dispatch is when your furniture leaves its dispatch location. Delivery is when it arrives at your door. Our usual dispatch target is 2 business days after an order is accepted and payment clears. Any longer product lead time should be shown with that product or agreed with you before the order proceeds.
Transit time depends on the size of the item, its starting warehouse, your location and the carrier route. Estimates are not a booked appointment. Public holidays, weather, access issues and carrier interruptions can affect the journey. If a material delay occurs, we will explain the options; you are not required to accept an indefinite wait.
How delivery charges work
Delivery is quoted for the products in your order and the destination. Size, weight, carton count and the number of dispatch locations can affect the charge. The order total must show the applicable delivery charges before payment is finalised.
If a postcode or access requirement needs a manual quote, we confirm that quote first. We will not add an unapproved remote-area or handling charge after purchase. If the quoted service cannot be supplied, we will offer an alternative for you to accept or a refund for the affected item and its undelivered service.
What delivery to your door includes
A safe, accessible ground-floor entrance. Upstairs delivery, room placement, assembly and packaging removal are not included unless explicitly booked. Please tell us about steps, narrow driveways, restricted vehicle access, apartment access or building booking requirements before ordering. A carrier must be able to stop and unload safely. Where safe access is not possible, we will discuss an appropriate alternative.
Measure both the furniture space and the delivery path, including carton dimensions where provided. Arrange suitable help to move heavy cartons from the delivery point. The product listing tells you whether assembly is needed.
We look after your delivery
Your furniture may be dispatched by FurnitureFurniture or a fulfilment partner. Our team is your point of contact for delivery questions and after-sales help.
An order can arrive in more than one shipment, and a single product may have several cartons. Keep packaging labels until every part has arrived. Separate dispatch notifications or carrier scans do not necessarily mean something is missing.
Tracking and delivery arrangements
When carrier tracking is available, we share the details for that shipment. A label can appear before the first collection scan; movement updates start when the carrier processes the parcel. Use the shipment reference to follow its progress and contact us if it appears stuck.
Some carriers contact you to arrange delivery; others deliver along their normal route. A preferred date or a note on an order is not a confirmed appointment. We will only describe a date or time window as booked when the carrier confirms it.
A signature or someone present may be required. If an authority to leave is offered, only use it for a suitable sheltered and secure place. Giving authority to leave does not remove your rights if a carrier ignores the agreed instructions or goods are damaged before delivery.
Missed delivery or an address change
Check your address and phone number carefully. Contact us as soon as you notice an error. We will try to update an order before dispatch, but a carrier may not be able to redirect it once it is moving.
If a delivery fails because nobody is available, access is unsafe or the supplied address is wrong, an actual redelivery or redirection cost may apply. We explain the cost and obtain your agreement before rebooking. We do not charge you for fixing a delivery error caused by us or our delivery partner.
Check the delivery
Count the cartons, look for visible damage and check the item against your order before assembly. If safe and practical, photograph damage to the carton and product. You can note an issue with the driver or decline a clearly damaged delivery, then contact us.
If you find an issue after unpacking, stop assembly and get in touch. Photos and carton labels help us work quickly. A missing photo, a signed delivery docket or a delay in noticing hidden damage does not by itself remove your consumer rights.
If an order cannot be delivered
We will investigate a missing shipment with the dispatch team or carrier and keep you informed. You can deal with us directly; you do not need to resolve our carrier claim yourself. If we cannot supply the agreed order within a reasonable time, we will explain the available cancellation and refund options.
