Received or processing
The order has reached us. We are checking payment and preparing your furniture for dispatch. An order receipt is not a carrier dispatch notification.
Dispatched or partly dispatched
Your furniture has been handed to the carrier. A partly dispatched order has more items or cartons still to leave. Follow the tracking for each shipment rather than assuming one delivery contains the entire order.
Delivered
The carrier has marked a shipment delivered. Check the delivery point, household members and any agreed authority-to-leave location. If you cannot find it or something is missing, contact us so we can investigate.
On hold, cancelled or refunded
These statuses describe a payment, supply or order change. Read the message attached to the update for the reason. A refund being issued and the funds appearing in your account are separate steps controlled partly by the payment provider.
