How soon will my furniture leave?
Orders usually dispatch in 2 business days. Transit time depends on the product, carrier and delivery address.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to request a change-of-mind return. The Returns Policy explains eligibility and the process.
What if a part is missing or damaged?
Contact FurnitureFurniture with the order and product details. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate next step.
Is the price for one item or a set?
The sale quantity is shown next to the price. A set price covers the complete set described, so you can compare like for like.
Will everything arrive together?
Some orders and multi-carton products arrive in separate shipments. Check each tracking reference and contact us if an item appears missing.
How do I check furniture delivery costs?
Enter your postcode on the product page for the selected quantity. At checkout, delivery is calculated for the items and quantities in your order and the delivery address. Check the final total before ordering.
How do I compare furniture materials online?
Read the specifications for the actual frame, surface and upholstery materials. A colour or finish name such as oak-look or marble-look does not mean solid oak or solid marble. Use the material and care details together.
Will my furniture need assembly?
Assembly requirements vary by product. Check the Key features and Specifications sections, package contents and any supplied instructions. If assembly details are missing, ask us before ordering.
What should I measure before ordering furniture?
Measure the full product footprint, room for doors or drawers to open and the delivery route through doorways, corridors and stairs. Bed frames and mattresses should also be compared using their actual listed dimensions.
