Promotional messages
Use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email, or contact us using the email address that receives the messages. You do not need to create an account or provide a reason to unsubscribe.
We process an unsubscribe as soon as practical and within the applicable legal timeframe. It does not affect your ability to shop with us or receive Customer Care.
Order and safety updates
Order confirmations, delivery changes, refunds and product-safety notices are service messages. We may still send these when needed to manage your purchase, even if you opt out of marketing. They are not a reason to add unrelated promotions.
Change your contact address
If you need to change the email address for an order, contact us with the order reference. We may verify your identity before updating the record so order information is not sent to the wrong person.
Your privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how contact information and preferences are handled. For help with an unwanted message, send us its subject and the address it reached; do not forward passwords or security codes.
